We started talking about technology in the language of taste

TasteGO is a group ordering app that organises lunch in offices and business parks through shared delivery rhythms and fixed collection points - connecting employees, organisations, and restaurants into one model. The communication was one-dimensional. It didn't account for the different perspectives in the market. Yet it's the end users' decisions that make the whole system run. No orders, no value for restaurants. No restaurants, no offer for companies. So the key was understanding what makes employees want to order - and translating that into communication. Our role was to give the solution a structure and a language that would make this possible. We built a positioning and communication platform rooted in food as a real experience — and translated it across the brand's key touchpoints.
